- Job Description:
  - Conduct research on the role of manganese in plant residue decomposition and microbial processes controlling carbon and nitrogen cycling
  - Perform field and lab experiments
  - Analyze statistical data
  - Prepare reports and scientific articles
  - Present research findings at professional meetings
- Qualifications:
  - M.S. degree in Soil Science, Environmental Science, Soil Ecology, Soil Microbiology, or closely related fields
  - Demonstrated excellence in coursework and soil-related field and laboratory experiments
  - Strong oral and written communication skills
  - Excellent work ethic
  - Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  - Valid driver's license
  - Experience in peer-reviewed publications and analytical instrumentations is a plus
