  - Data-driven Building Performance Analysis
  - Advanced Materials for Building Envelopes
  - Human-centric Indoor Environment Quality
- Qualifications:
  - Bachelor/Master's (preferred) degree in disciplines such as Architectural Engineering, Building Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or other relevant fields
  - Self-motivated, independent, responsible, and enthusiastic personality
  - Strong English writing and speaking skills
  - Preference for candidates with publication records or research experience
