Scholarship:
- Domestic students:
- Tax-free stipend of $31,500 per annum to support living costs.

Eligibility criteria - The successful applicant should:
1. Hold qualifications and experience equal to one of the following:
- Australian First Class Bachelor (Honours) degree.
- Coursework Masters with at least 25% research component.
- Research Masters degree.
- Equivalent overseas qualifications.
2. Demonstrate strong academic performance in subjects relevant to civil engineering, material engineering, or construction management.
3. Have an understanding of the importance of recycled concrete and be willing to learn modeling and optimization.
4. Be enthusiastic and highly motivated to undertake further study at an advanced level.
