- Position: Post-Doctoral Researcher in Bioprinting

- Research Focus: 3D bioprinting of tissues and tissue models for regenerative medicine, infection studies, and cancer immunotherapy
- Location: University Park, State College, PA
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on N-funded studies related to 3D bioprinting of tissues and tissue models (organoids)
- Work in a multidisciplinary environment at the Millennium Science Complex, part of the Huck Institute of Life Sciences
- Collaborate with associates in the fields of lung/bone tissue engineering, cancer research, and immunotherapy
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in biomedical engineering, molecular/cellular biology, immunology, chemistry, or a closely related field
- Strong background in molecular biology techniques, cell culture and isolation, hydrogels, protein analysis, microscopy imaging, and animal handling
- Skills in stem cell differentiation, particularly iPSC work, or immunotherapy will be advantageous
- Some experience in 3D bioprinting research is a plus
